Sidebar

This sidebar should take up the full row when the viewport is sized for mobile (xs or sm) -- and it should take up 1/3 of the screen when the viewport is m or larger. We want it to appear as a sidebar only when the viewport has enough resolution to display it alongside the main content.

eg. On xs and sm screens, each section should take up the entire grid. On m and larger screens, each section should take up 2/3 of the grid and the sidebar should take up 1/3 of the grid
